About the Role
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of training, coaching, and performance management methodologies
• Provide training to new and existing trainers by facilitating periodic Train-The-Trainer workshops as needed for new area trainers
• Tracks training data to assist management in analyzing training benefits and costs
• Conduct new student training in a classroom setting.
• Engage with business leaders to address skills gaps and organizational transitions, and align training processes to business goals
• Promote the organization’s principles and ethics in collaboration with consumers and employees
• Participate in all organizational efforts to help the business achieve its plans and objectives.
• Inform management about how students feel about the company’s courses as soon as possible.
